Very professional. Excellent people skills. Very polite. Good price for job. Doesn't rip people off like some roofers. Very work conscious, turns up when arranged. Good itemised written quotes. Jobs JDS have completed for us have been to an excellent standard and at an affordable price. And yes we would use JDS again and highly recommend him. You can have peace of mind if you have an elderly friend who needs a recommendation for a roofer — JDS is the roofer to use.

We asked James to provide a roofing quote for a house we wanted to purchase. His quote was fast and concise and he was a pleasure to deal with. Ultimately the property deal fell through but I wouldn't hesitate to engage James in our next IOW project.

Had a fantastic complete replacement roof done by James. He supplied a thorough itemised quote, with every item costed. He even arranged the scaffolding so took all the stress out of the job. He turned up every day, worked as soon as it was light and went home when it got dark. We had some horrendous weather prior to the tiles being put on, so James made sure we were water tight and even appeared Saturday morning to check everything was ok and no water was getting in… would not hesitate in recommending James and have done so several times.
